2. Consumer Guarantees
Under the ACL, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
3. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, we may offer store credit at our discretion, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase.
4. Faulty Products
If you believe a product you have purchased is faulty, please contact us immediately. We will assess the product and, if it is found to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the ACL.
5. How to Return a Product
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at admin@admixit.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package the product securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Include proof of purchase and the RA number.
- Send the product to the return address provided.
6. Costs of Returns
If the product is found to be faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
7. Processing Returns
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, we will process the refund, replacement, or store credit within 10 business days.
